对4头延边牛个体与GenBank中4头朝鲜牛个体的线粒体DNA(mtDNA) D环(D-loop区)910 bp全序列进行了比较分析。结果发现,8头黄牛个体mtDNA D-loop序列由8种单倍型组成,单倍型比例为100%,表明2个黄牛品种mtDNA遗传多态性很丰富;在4头延边牛D-loop区序列中,共检测到核苷酸多态位点17个,核苷酸变异率为1.87%;在4头朝鲜牛中共检测到核苷酸多态位点10个,核苷酸变异率为1.10%;延边牛和朝鲜牛mtDNA D-loop全序列突变类型均为转换、颠换和插入/缺失,其中以转换为主;序列分析显示朝鲜牛与延边牛的同源性很高,达98.90%~99.67%,表明朝鲜牛和延边牛亲缘关系很近。 |

Study of mtDNA D-loop sequence polymorphism in Yanbian cattle |

Abstract: |
The complete mitochondrial D-loop sequences,910 bp in length,in 4 individuals from Yanbian cattle and 4 individuals from Korean cattle cited from GenBank were analyzed.The results showed that comparisons of these 8 sequences revealed 8 mitochondrial haplotypes and the percentage of haplotype was 100%,showing that abundant mitochondrial genetic diversity exists in Yanbian cattle and Korean cattle cattle breeds.Comparisons of these 4 sequences from Yanbian cattle revealed 17 polymorphic sites,with the percentage of 1.87% of 910 bp.Comparisons of the 4 sequences from Korean cattle revealed 10 polymorphic sites,with the percentage of 1.10% of 910 bp.And 3 types of mutation,transition,transversion /insertion were observed and transition was the major type of mutation.The percentage of homology of mtDNA D-loop was very high,up to 98.90%-99.67% between Yanbian cattle and Korean cattle,revealing close genetic relationship between Yanbian cattle and Korean cattle. |
