3种蝉的染色体研究(同翅目:蝉总科)

摘要:
研究了蟪蛄(为重新研究)(Platypleura kaempferi (Fabricius)),蚱蝉(Cryptotympana atrata (Fabricius))和东北山蝉(Leptopsalta admirabilis Kato)3种蝉的染色体。结果表明,3种蝉的染色体数目均为2n=18+XO。蝉科的减数分裂过程类似于角蝉科、沫蝉科和叶蝉科,与蜡蝉科显著不同的是其减数分裂前期Ⅰ无弥散期。蝉科已知核型的种类较少,其核型特征较为保守。

Chromosomes in three species of cicadas (Homoptera:Cicadoidea)
Abstract:
Chromosome behavior and number in three species of cicadas,Cryptotympana atrata (Fabricius),Leptopsalta admirabilis Kato and Platypleura kaempferi (Fabricius),from China were studied.Among these three species,Platypleura kaempferi was restudied.Chromosome numbers were 2n=18+XO,Meiosis during spermatogenesis in cicadas was similar to those in Membracoidea,Cicadelloidea and Cercopoidea,but different from those in Fulgoroidea in prophase Ⅰ without diffuse stage.Up to now only a number of cicadas have been karyotyped and chromosome features in this superfamily are very conservative.
