城乡一体化地籍信息系统的时空数据模型

摘要:
将城乡一体的地籍数据分为表征行政区划的行政区数据、反映土地所有权的宗地数据、反映土地使用权的宗地数据和反映土地利用状况的图斑数据4个图层,同时将后3个图层按乡镇分块来存储和管理,既遵循了土地自上而下的隶属关系,又符合多尺度表达地理信息的思想。使用元组级的数据模型,将变长的界址线链碎分为定长的界址线,将宗地的位置及其与界址线间的拓扑关系隐含在定长的界址线表之中,完全按照关系数据库的第一范式组织地籍信息系统的时空数据。另外,还设计了地籍实体的属性信息。

Spatio-temporal data model of urban and rural integrated cadastral information system
Abstract:
Urban and rural integrated cadastral data would be divided into four layers,which stores the canton data,cadastral parcel data and patch data to express the situation of land utilization.And the cadastral parcel data and patch data would be stored in three hinder layers in order to manage the data of villages and towns more easily.It follows the land management order from top to bottom and fits the feature of geographical information with multi-scale.By using tuple-level version,the changeable boundary chains would be divided into definite boundary lines,the positions of cadastral parcels and topological relationship between cadastral parcels and borderlines would be hiden in the table of boundary lines.The cadastral spatio-temporal data would be built up completely by 1NF of relational database.In addition,the attribute information of Cadastre entity would be also designed.
