| 采用GC／Ms技术对香料烟浸膏的香气物质进行了研究。结果表明，在分析出的21种香气成分中．分别有脂肪酸类8种，酯类5种，醛类2种，氮硫杂环类2种，烃类、醇类、酮类、内酯类各1种，其中相对含量较高的物质成分是糠醛、β-甲基戊酸、十六碳酸、烟碱、新植二烯，其次是乙酰丙酸乙酯、异戊酸、苯乙酸乙酯、羟基丁二酸二乙酯等。同时，对3种提取工艺条件下香料烟浸膏的香气成分含量进行了对比分析。结果表明，以水为萃取剂的一次蒸馏法提取效果最好，多数香气成分含量较高；其次是水和乙醇用量各半的二次萃取蒸馏法；传统的以乙醇作萃取剂的二次蒸馏法提取出的浸膏质量最差，多数香气物质含量也最低。 |

| Studies on aroma components of aromatic tobacco condensate |

| Abstract: |
| A study was carried out on aroma components of aromatic tobacco condensate with GC/MS.The results showed that there were 8 kinds of aliphatic,5 kinds of esters,2 kinds of aldehydes,2 kinds of nitrogen sulfur heterocyclic rings and one kind of hydrocarbon,alcoholics,ketone,lactones respectively in the analyzed 21 kinds of aroma components,and the content of furfural,β-methyl valeric acid,palmitic acid,nicotine,neohytadiene were higher,next were acetyl ethyl propionate,caleric acid,phenyl ethyl acetate,hydroxylic diethyl succinate.At the same time,the contents of aroma components were tested with 3 extraction methods of Aromatic tobacco condensate.The results showed that the quality of extract primary distilled by water was best and the contents of its aroma components were higher.Next was the twile distillation as extractant of equal water and ethyl alcohol.While the quality of extract made by the twile distillation as extracrant ethyl alcohol was worst,and the contents of its most aroma components were also the lowest. |
