不同生境和年龄沙地柏茎叶中鬼臼毒素含量的SFE-HPLC分析

摘要:
对采自我国北方沙区7种不同生境(固定沙地、流动沙地、阳坡、阴坡、凸地、人工林和凹地)的沙地柏茎叶中鬼臼毒素含量进行了SFE-HPLC分析,结果表明:(1)7种不同生境(按上述顺序)间沙地柏茎中鬼臼毒素平均含量分别为2.512,2.031,2.328,1.993,2.567,2.029和2.493 mg/g,无显著性差异;而在7种不同生境(按上述顺序)间沙地柏叶中鬼臼毒素平均含量分别为8.613,8.451,8.303,8.134,8.012,6.748和6.282 3 mg/g,存在显著差异;(2)7种不同生境沙地柏叶中鬼臼毒素含量均明显高于茎;(3)不同年龄沙地柏茎、叶中鬼臼毒素含量差异极显著,茎中含量最高5.211 mg/g,最低只有0.358 9 mg/g,叶中最高为9.268 mg/g,最低为5.186 mg/g;按鬼臼毒素含量从高到底排序依次为:1年生叶>2年生叶>1年生茎>2年生茎>3年生茎。

SFE-HPLC analysis of podophyllotoxin cotent in the stem and leave of Sabina vulgar of different habitats and ages with
Abstract:
In this paper the content of podophyllotoxin among stems and leaves of Sabina vulgar grown at 7 different habitats (settled sands,movable sands, sunny slope, shady slope,protruding lands,artificial woods,concave lands) in the sand district of North China were compared using supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and high performance chromatography (HPLC).The results are as follows:(1) In these different 7 habitats(in the same order with the above),the contents of podophyllotoxin were 2.512,2.031,2.328,1.993,2.567,2.029,2.493 mg/g respectively.So the habitats exhibited little influnces on the content of podophyllotoxin in the stems.however,In these 7 habitats different (in the same order with the above)the contents of podophyllotoxin were 8.613,8.451,8.303,8.134,8.012,6.748,6.282 3 mg/g respectively.Thus the habitats exhibited singnificant influnces on the content of podophyllotoxin in the leaves.(2) The content of podophyllotoxin among leaves was higher than that among stems obviously in all different habitats;(3) There were notable differences in the content of podophyllotoxin among stems and leaves of different ages.For instance,in the stems the highest content was 5.211 mg/g and the lowest contents 0.358 9 mg/g.In the leaves the highest content was 9.268 mg/g and the lowest content 5.186 mg/g.And the contents decreased in the following order:annual leaves>biennial leaves>annual stems>biennial stems>triennial stems.
