拮抗链霉菌No.24菌株发酵条件优化研究

摘要:
对1株拮抗链霉菌No.24菌株的发酵条件进行了初步研究,确定了其最佳培养基组成及培养条件。单因素发酵试验和正交试验结果表明,碳源以30 g/L葡萄糖和30 g/L小米最佳,有机氮源以10 g/L黄豆饼粉最好,无机氮源以2 g/L (NH4)2SO4最好,最适发酵时间为96 h,最适发酵培养温度为32 ℃,最适初始pH值为7.2~7.4,最佳振荡频率为210 r/min,装液量为40 mL/250 mL。

Studies on the optimization of fermentation conditions of antagonistic streptomyces No.24
Abstract:
The fermentation conditions of 1 No.24 strain of antagonistic strepomyces were studied.The composition of fermentation medium and cultural conditions were confirmed.The single factor and orthogonal experiment indicated that the optimal carbon source was 30 g/L glucose,and millet 30 g/L;the optimal nitrogen source was 10 g/L Soybean cake powder and 2 g/L (NH4)2SO4;The optimal fermentation time was 96 h;The optimal cultivation temperature was 32 ℃ with optimal pH 7.2-7.4.The most suitable shake was 210 r/min,and the volume of cultivated liquid in 250 mL conic bottle was 40 mL.
