旋覆花杀菌活性成分的分离与鉴定

摘要:
以小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum Schw)和小麦白粉病菌(Erysiphe graminis DC)为活性跟踪菌种,从旋覆花(Inula britanica L.)花中分离得到3种杀菌活性化合物。经波谱分析并与标准图谱比较,鉴定化合物Ⅰ为倍半萜类化合物1-O-Acetylbritannilactone,化合物Ⅱ和Ⅲ分别为三萜类化合物Taraxasteryl palmitate和Taraxasterol acetate。

Anti-fungi active compounds from Inula britannica
Abstract:
Under the tracing of anti-fungi activity,three compounds were isolated from the flowers of Inula britannica.The structures were identified to be 1-O-Acetylbritannilactone,taraxasteryl palmitate and taraxasterol acetate by MS,1H-NRM,13C-NRM and DEPT.Anti-fungi activities of three compounds were tested with Fusarium graminearum in vitro and Erysiphe graminis in vivo.The results showed Taraxasteryl palmitate and Taraxasterol acetate had strong inhibition on germination of spores of Fusarium graminearum.The inhibition rate was more than 80% under the concentration of 0.1 mg/mL.Taraxasteryl palmitate had potent preventive activity against Erysiphe graminis on wheat in vivo and the effect was 56.4% under the concencetion of 1 mg/mL.In addition,1-O-Acetylbritannilactone showed certain inhibition on growing of mycelia of Fusarium graminearum Schw.
