5个杨树无性系抗旱性研究

摘要:
以5个杨树无性系(57×新,毛30,意101,84K杨,新疆杨)的1年生扦插苗为试验材料,在干旱胁迫条件下对各无性系的生理、生长指标进行了测定与分析。结果表明,水分胁迫对各无性系的脯氨酸含量、质膜透性、叶水势、生物量以及植株生长等指标均产生显著影响;用模糊数学隶属度公式对各无性系抗旱性进行综合评定,其抗旱能力从大到小依次为84K杨>新疆杨>意101>毛30>57×新。

Studies on drought-resistance of five poplar clones
Abstract:
With one-year old cottages of the five poplar clones (P.deltoides CL.‘57’×P.boleana, P.tomentosa-30,I101 P.alba,P.abla×P.glandulosa,P.bolleana) as the experimental materials,the growth and physiological properties of the clones were tested and analyzed under water stress conditions.The result showed that water stress affects the praline content,the permeability of plasma membrane,leaf water potential,biomass and growth significantly;Drought resistance of clones were evaluated by using the formula of vague mathematical jurisdiction,and the abilities of drought resistance on the clones from high to low were P.abla×P.glandulosa,P.bolleana,I101 P.alba, P.tomentosa-30 and P.deltoides CL.‘57’×P.boleana.
