| 从小型农牧场及农户特点出发，探讨在这些场(户)进行波尔山羊胚胎移植时,供体超数排卵、受体同期发情、供受体羊胚胎回收和移植操作等关键技术对胚胎移植效率的影响。结果表明，调整供、受体母羊的发情周期并采用优化超排程序和同期发情程序，可获得理想的超排和同期发情结果，有效手术供体回收卵数平均达到(17.31±6.93)枚，可用胚(14.96±6.28)枚；受体同期发情率达到94.28%(2 125/2 254)，手术受体利用率为86.55%(1 602/1 851)。严格而熟练的手术操作可提高供体利用次数，获得理想的胚胎移植结果，将2 648枚胚胎移植给1 602只受体后，妊娠率达到66.85%(1 071/1 602)，其中1 044只受体妊娠足月，产羔1 320只。 |

| Study on the key techniques for Boer goat embryo transfer in miniature farms and households |

| Abstract: |
| According to the characteristics of miniature farms,the effects of the key technique processes such as the superovulation of the donors,synchronized estrum of the recipients and the operation of the embryo collection and transfer on the Boer Goat embryo transfer efficiency were discussed systematically.The results showed that having adjusted estrum period of the donors and the recipients,combined with adopted optimal superovulation program and synchronized estrous program,ideal result of superovulation and synchronized estrum can be obtained.The average number of ovum per available operation donor was (17.31±6.93),and the usable embryos were (14.96±6.28).The synchronized estrum ratio of the recipients was 94.28%(2 125/2 254),the using ratio of the operated recipients was 86.55%(1 602/1 851).The strict and proficient operation for embryo collection and transfer can improve the using time of the donors and obtain ideal embryo transfer result,after 2 648 embryos were transferred to 1 602 recipients,the pregnant ratio of the recipients was 66.85%(1 071/1 602),1 044 pregnant recipients to term and 1 320 kids were born. |
