从秦岭山区不同海拔、不同植被类型土壤中分离出750株放线菌,对其进行皿内琼脂平板、放线菌发酵液及拮抗菌单胞菌的拮抗性筛选。结果表明,S-5210-6号菌株对稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia grisea)、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)、小麦根腐病菌(Bipolaris sorokiniana)、玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilum turcicum leonard)、黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerium)、番茄枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lycopersici)、番茄早疫病菌(Altermaria solani)、小麦白粉病菌(Erysiphe graminis)8种供试病原真菌具有强烈的拮抗和溶菌作用,根据其形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征及细胞壁化学成分分析,确定其归属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。 |

Selection and indentification of antagonistic actinomycetes S-5210-6 from siol |

Abstract: |
strains of actionmycetes were isolated from different soil samples collected from various areas with different vegetations at different altitude in Qinling mountainous,from which we selected antagonistic actinomycetes through agar plate method in culture dish,fermentation process and cell fermentation process from different soil samples collected.The result indicates that S-5210-6 has both antagonism and bacteriolysis against Pyricularia grisea,Fusarium graminearum,Bipolaris sorokiniana,Exserohilum turcicum leonard,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerium,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lycopersici,Altermaria solani,Erysiphe graminis eight pathogenic fungi.According to its morphological,cultural,physio-biochemical characteristics and the analysis of the chemical components in its cell wall,it was designatedas as stretomyces. |
