转PSAG12-IPT基因小麦安全性的初步研究

摘要:
对转PSAG12-IPT基因小麦植株根际土壤及其周边小麦、大麦、燕麦进行了基因漂移检测,并对食用转PSAG12-IPT基因小麦混合饲料的小白鼠进行了毒理性试验,初步研究了转PSAG12-IPT基因小麦的安全性。结果表明,PSAG12-IPT基因并未通过根系分泌物漂移到上壤中;除西农1376在距离T2代西农1376小麦3和6m处各发现1株PCR阳性植株外,在小麦郑9023及大麦和燕麦中均未发现PSAG12-IPT基因存在;食用含有转基因小麦混合饲料的小白鼠和对照小白鼠的肝脏和肾脏的结构解剖图未见明显差异,可以初步认为应用转PSAG12-IPT基因小麦是较安全的。

Preliminary study on the safety of the transgenic wheat with PSAG12-IPT gene
Abstract:
The safety of the transgenic wheat with PSAG12-IPT gene was analyzed by testing gene drifted to the rhizospheric soil and peripheral wheat,barley and oat and conducting the toxic experiment with small white rats fed with the forage containing transgenic plants.The results showed that the gene didn't drift to soil with secretory product of root system.The PSAG12-IPT gene was not found in peripheral wheat Zheng 9023,barley and oat in the distance of 3 and 6 m from T2 transgenic wheat except 2 plants of wheat Xinong 1376.There were no obvious differences between the small white rats that had eaten the mixed forage containing transgenic plants and those that had not eaten.The preliminary results indicated that transgenicwheat with PSAG12-IPT was relatively safe.
