利用荧光原位杂交和染色体C-分带技术,对普通小麦-华山新麦草的异附加系进行了研究。荧光原位杂交结果显示:异附加系H9015-17-1-9,H9017-14-16-5都附加有2条华山新麦草的染色体。对这2个材料和华山新麦草进行染色体C-分带带型比较,初步推断,H9015-17-1-9附加的是N5h染色体,H9017-14-16-5附加的是N6h染色体。 |

Molecular cytogenetic study on the alien addition lines of Triticum-Psathyrostachys |

Abstract: |
The alien addition lines of Triticum-Psathyrostachys were detected by fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) and chromosomes C-banding.FISH shows the alien addition line H9015-17-1-9 and H9017-14-16-5 are all added with the two chromosomes of Psathyrostachys huashanica.The analysis using the chromosomes C-banding indicates that H9015-17-1-9 might be an alien addition line of N5h and H9017-14-16-5 might be an alien addition line of N6h. |
