农作物LAI和生物量的高光谱法测定

摘要:
通过田间小区试验,测定了水稻、玉米、棉花3种共6个品种作物冠层不同生育期的高光谱反射率及对应叶面积指数和地上生物量,分析了其高光谱变量和红边参数与叶面积指数、地上生物量及叶重量的相关性。结果表明:13种作物冠层高光谱反射率与其生育期有关,其反射率最大值的比较结果是棉花>玉米>水稻。23种作物的叶面积指数、叶鲜重、叶干重与其冠层光谱变量ρ990/ρ550,ρ800/ρ550,ρ750/ρ550,ρ800/ρ680及冠层红边参数λr,Dλr之间均极显著相关,但地上鲜生物量和地上干生物量与上述光谱变量和红边参数之间相关性较差,说明可通过高光谱遥感方法估测水稻、玉米、棉花的叶面积指数、地上鲜生物量、叶鲜重和叶干重。

Study on the determination of LAI and biomass of crop by hyperspectral
Abstract:
The canopy hyperspectral reflectances of six varieties in three crops (rice,corn and cotton) were measured in field experiment plots in different stages.The leaf area indices (LAI) and above ground biomass corresponding to the spectra were determined.The correlation between their hyperspectral variables and red edge parameters and the leaf area indices,above ground biomass and leaf mass were analyzed.The results showed that the canopy hyperspectral reflectance of three crops were relating to their growing stages.The maximum value of canopy spectral reflectance was the biggest for cotton and the smallest for rice.Their leaf area indices fresh leaf mass and dry leaf mass were very significantly correlative to the hyperspectral variables ρ990/ρ550,ρ800/ρ550,ρ750/ρ550,ρ800/ρ680 and the red edge parameters λr,Dλr of their canopy spectra,but the correlation between above ground fresh biomass,above ground dry biomass and above hyperspectral variables and red edge parameters were different.This indicated that it is feasible for estimating LAI,above ground fresh biomass,fresh leaf mass and dry leaf mass of rice,corn and cotton by hyperspectral remote sensing.
