灰葡萄孢BC4菌株产生天然脱落酸的研究

摘要:
用柱层析和制备HPLC法从灰葡萄孢BC4菌株的PD培养滤液中分离到一种白色固体。经HPLC-ESI MS,GC-MS,IR和1H-NMR鉴定为脱落酸。生物活性测定结果表明,该脱落酸的活性是标准脱落酸的2.5倍以上;用0.7 μmol/L该物质的丙酮溶液处理反枝苋催芽种子,2 d内反枝苋种子幼芽和幼根均无生长,而对照的反枝苋种子幼芽和幼根总长度平均为2.3 cm,抑制率达100%。

Isolation and identification of abscisic acid from BC4 isolate of Botrytis cinerea
Abstract:
An active metabolite,as a white-color solid,had been isolated from potato-dextrose (PD)-culture of BC4 isolate of Botrytis cinerea by LC and HPLC.The metabolite was identified as abscisic acid (ABA) by HPLC-ESI MS,GC-MS,IR and 1H-NMR.The bioassay shows that tha activity of the ABA is 2.5 times greater than that of the standard ABA(the mixture of optically active isomer and non active isomer).The compound has inhibited seed germination of the Amaranthus retroflexus L.completely at a concentration of 0.7 μmol/L.
