研究了苦皮藤素Ⅴ(CA)分别采用混合酸酐法和碳化二亚胺法合成的苦皮藤素Ⅴ人工抗原CA-BSA1,CA-BSA2的免疫原性.结果表明,两种方法合成的人工抗原都具有一定的免疫原性,可诱导家兔产生抗苦皮藤素Ⅴ的特异性抗体,但产生的抗体浓度较低,用琼脂双扩散法不能检测到产生的抗体,而ELISA法可检测到苦皮藤素Ⅴ的特异性抗体,且检测结果表明,随免疫次数的增加,家兔体内抗苦皮藤素Ⅴ特异性抗体浓度也随之增加,但增加幅度并不为指数增长方式. |

Abstract: |
The study on immunogenicity of two artificial antigen of Celangulin Ⅴ,the active compound of one kind of botanical insecticide-CA-BSA1 and CA-BSA2,prepared by mixed anhydride method and carbodiimide method respectively,was carried out.The results showed that lower concentration polyclonal antisera caused by two artificial antigen were all emerged in rabbits,the antisera could not be tested by agar double-diffusion method,but the antisera could be tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and the more the number of boosted times,the higher the antisera titer. |
