| Abstract: |
| The mammary-specific expression vector of pEBE was constructed with pEGFP-C1 and BE fragment.The BE fragment was gained with bovine beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) 5′regulation region and the E2 gene of classical swine fever virus (CSFV) by the method of recombinent PCR.The results shows that we could successfully get a DNA vaccine of CSFV E2 gene that can be expressed in mammary gland cell in order to study the effect of DNA vaccine and mammary bioreactor. |
