| 以当年现蕾盆栽大花类矮牵牛(Petuniahybrida)为材料,研究了不同基质中IBA与NAA对矮牵牛扦插生根的影响。结果表明,基质中添加激素可提高矮牵牛扦插成活率,促进生根,提高根冠比、叶绿素、根系活力、还原糖和可溶性糖。500 mg/L IBA或200 mg/L NAA+300 mg/L IBA处理可明显促进矮牵牛扦插生根,扦插成活率高,生长良好。泥炭∶沙=1∶3和泥炭∶蛭石∶沙=1∶1∶1两种基质对矮牵牛扦插生根均有作用,但差异不明显。 |

| Cuttage Petunia hybrida,effects of IBA and NAA in different medias on cuttage rooting were studied.The results showed that media added with IBA and NAA could improve rooting percent,root/crown,activity of root,the concentration of reducing sugar,soluble sugar and chlorophyll.Treatment with 500 mg/L IBA or 200 mg/L NAA+300 mg/L IBA could stimulate rooting apparently.Both two media (peat∶sand=1∶3,peat∶vermiculite∶sand =1∶1∶1) could improve the rooting,but the difference is not significant. |
