吸收-消化工艺处理薯蓣皂素废水的研究

摘要:
为解决薯蓣皂索废水治理工程的技术、经济和运行管理难题,试验开发了吸收一消化工艺。利用污泥对单糖的快速吸收(单次吸收率为20%~35%)特性,通过污泥沉降完成污染物与水的分离,然后对污泥进行集中消化。单次模拟和运行模拟试验结果表明,一般经6~9个周期的吸收,污染物分离效率可达90%左右,污泥消化反应时间平均为96~106 h,与理想反应时间持平,无明显生化抑制现象,运行稳定性、经济性高于传统工艺。

Experimental research on the absorption-digestion technology for the treatment of diosgenin wastewater
Abstract:
In order to solve the technical,economical and processing problems of the treatment of Diosgenin wastewater,a technology called Absorption-Digestion is suggested.This technology is based on the quick absorption of glucose by activated sludge whose rate is 20%-35%.The pollutants are separated from water during the sedimentation of the sludge which then is digested together by aeration.Single and processing simulating experiments show:the separating rate is about 90% within 6-9 cycles;time for sludge digestion is 96-106 h which is nearly the same to the ideal bio-reaction time.That is to say,there is no obvious bio-chemical inhibition and Absorption-Digestion technology has higher processing stability and economical efficiency than traditional ones.
