植物杀虫剂苦皮藤素Ⅳ和Ⅴ混用研究

摘要:
以粘虫为试虫,采用载毒叶碟法,根据不同症状指标研究了苦皮藤素Ⅳ和V的互作毒力。结果表明,苦皮藤素Ⅳ与V混用(体积比)比例在3:1~1:3时,苦皮藤素Ⅳ对苦皮藤素V的毒杀作用具有增效作用,苦皮藤素V对苦皮藤素Ⅳ的麻醉作用无明显影响。在此基础上,提出了当研究在症状学指标上有显著差异的杀虫剂间的相互作用时,应用“互作比值”的概念。

Toxicity interaction of Celangulin Ⅳ and Ⅴ from Celastrus angulatus against Armyworm(Mythimna separata)Larvae.
Abstract:
Celangulin Ⅳ and celangulin Ⅴ isolated from the root bark of the plant Celastrus angulatus are the major active ingredients of this botanical insecticide.The toxicity interaction of the different ratio mixture of celangulin Ⅳ and Ⅴ has been examined by means of the leaf disk method against armyworm (Mythimna separata) larvae.The bioassay results showed that the insecticidal efficacy of celangulin Ⅴ against armyworm larvae was synergied by celangulin Ⅳ,but celangulin Ⅴ has no synergistic effects on the narcotic efficacy of celangulin Ⅳ when the mixed rati(V/V)of celangulin Ⅳ and Ⅴis from 3∶1 to 1∶3.On the basis of the results,"interaction ratio" which might be used to evaluate the toxicity interaction of the mixture of several insecticides with different symptom guideline was put forward.
