N-苯基-N'-单氯代苯基脲的合成及生物活性研究

摘要:
在三乙胺或三正丁胺存在下,一氯苯胺与氯甲酸甲酯加热回流生成一氯苯胺基甲酸甲酯对氯代苯基,后者不经分离再与过量苯胺反应生成N-苯基-N′-邻氯代苯基脲、N-苯基-N′-间氯代苯基脲和N-苯基-N′-对氯代苯基脲3种化合物,其中以N-苯基-N′-间氯代苯基脲的产率最高.采用红外光谱和质谱对目标化合物进行了结构表征.以丰光萝卜种子为材料,采用萝卜子叶扩张生长法测定了3种化合物促进细胞分裂的活性,结果表明,合成的3种化合物质量浓度为1.00~0.01 mg/L时,都能显著促进萝卜子叶生长,其中以1.00 mg/L的N-苯基-N′-间氯代苯基脲的活性最高.

Study on the synthesis and biological activity of N-phenyl-N'-(chloro phenyl) ureas
Abstract:
Three kinds of N-phenyl-N′-chlorophenyl urea were synthesized through the reaction which made chloro-aniline and methyl chloroformate first reacted in tri-ethylamine solvent,then continued to react with aniline.They were N-phenyl-N′-(2-chlorophenyl)urea,N-phenyl-N′-(3-chlorophenyl) urea and N-phenyl-N′-(4-chlorophenyl) urea,the compound of the highest yield was N-phenyl-N′-(3-chlorophenyl) urea.The three compounds were charicaterized by IR and MS spectrometry.Their biological activity of promoting Radish Fengguang cell split was tested by the method of radish cotyledon stretching growth.The result showed that the above compounds all promoted radish cotyledon growth effectively when their concentrations were between 0.01 mg/L and 1.00 mg/L.Furthermore,the N-phenyl-N′-(3-chlorophenyl) urea whose concentration was 1.00 mg/L had the highest biological activity.
