3株蜡样芽孢杆菌生理特性及SOD发酵条件的研究

摘要:
对3株蜡样芽孢杆菌的培养特征、生理生化实验、喂养实验、动物毒性实验、生长特性及其性质进行了研究,并对其SOD液体发酵条件进行了分析。结果表明,3株蜡样芽孢杆菌均为有益菌;pH为7.5时,3株菌在25~30 ℃发酵60 h后酶活均达到最高;在35~45℃发酵24~36h后酶活最高。通过比较发现,02号菌株的SOD活性在整个培养过程中均比较高,且酶活值比较稳定,是生产微生态制剂的理想菌株。

Physiological characters and the condition of SOD fermentation of three strains of Bacillus cereus
Abstract:
In this paper,the nature,the characters of cultivation and development,the physiological and biochemical experiments,the feeding and animal toxicological experiments of three strains of Bacillus cereus were studied.It can be determined preliminarily that these three Bacillus cereus were all beneficial bacteria,and the condition of SOD liquid fermentation was studied also.The results suggested:when pH=7.5,T=25-30 ℃,the SOD activity in the liquid reached the peak value after 60 h;when pH=7.5,T=35-40 ℃,the SOD activity reached the peak value after 24-36 h.The contrasts indicated that the SOD activity of 02 was maintaining at a higher level and stability during the whole cultivation,it's an ideal bacterium which can be used in the production of microecological agent.
