几株优势菌降酚生态条件的研究

摘要:
对3株耐酚能力达1 760 mg/L的优势菌W1,W2和M2的适宜生态条件进行了研究。结果表明,在温度为15~50 ℃时,随着温度提高,各所选菌株降酚活性增强。在pH值为4.5~9.5时,W2活力较高,pH值为7.5时24 h内降酚达100%。富营养条件比贫营养条件更能提高菌株的降酚以及降硫、降氮、降COD等其他污染物的效率。当苯酚质量浓度较小时,各菌株在6 h内降酚效率均可达100%;苯酚浓度较大时,W1具有较强的降酚能力。在菌株接种密度为1∶10的情况下,各菌株经济实用且降酚效果好。

Research on proper eco-characteristics of superbacterium for phenol decomposition
Abstract:
The proper eco-characteristics of phenol decomposition for super bacterium W1,W2,M2,which have the viabilities at 1 760 mg/L of the phenol density,were studied.The results show that within the scope of 15 ℃~50 ℃,the rates of phenol decomposition for three super bacterium W1,W2 and M2 increased greatly with the temperature rising,but M2 is not sensitive to it.Within the pH 4.5~9.5,the vitality of W1 is higher,and its phenol decomposing rate-would reach to 100% in 24 hours at pH 7.5.Rich nourishment conditions other than poor nourishment could not only increasingly promote the decomposition rate of the phenol,but also that of sulphur,nitrogen,COD,etc in the polluted water.When the phenol density is low,the phenol decomposition for W1,W2,M2 can be completed in 6 hours.The W1 gives a stronger ability of phenol decomposition at higher phenol density.At 1∶10 of the inoculation density,each of the super bacterium can grow well and has a good practical economy result.
