肉鸽品系的随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分析

摘要:
通过引物筛选,用随机引物OPA01,OPA04,OPA12和OPA15对不同来源的4个肉鸽品系进行随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分析。结果显示,肉鸽各品系内的遗传变异系数均较大,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ系分别达到了0.660,0.600,0.460和0.600。品系间遗传距离以Ⅰ和Ⅲ系间最大,达0.535;Ⅱ和Ⅳ系间最小,为0.241。RAPD分析表明,各品系纯度较低,今后应加强肉鸽品系的选优提纯工作。

Study on RAPD of meat pigeon strains
Abstract:
Four random primers (OPA01,OPA04,OPA12 and OPA15) were used in RAPD analysis of meat pigeons which came from different resources and were divided into four strains (Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ).The results showed that,genetic coefficients of variability ofⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ strains were 0.66,0.60,0.46 and 0.60,respectively,heterozygous level of all strains were very high.Genetic distance between Ⅰand Ⅲ was the largest,0.535,compared with that between Ⅱ and Ⅳ,only 0.241,which was the smallest one.
