从六倍体小黑麦和普通小麦杂交后代中选育了9个具不同抗条锈特性的新种质,对其细胞学和主要性状特点进行了初步鉴定。结果表明,抗条锈新种质材料的田间表现无不良的农艺性状;细胞学初步鉴定表明,WT341为小麦—黑麦代换系,其余8个材料为小麦—黑麦易位系,并且这一易位不同于1B/1R易位。 |

Abstract: |
Cytogenetic identification and main agromomic character of wheat new germplasm with stripe rust resistance were conducted at this experiment.The result showed that all the new germplasms have no bad agronomic character.WT341 is substitution line and other eight lines are translocation lines.Further more,this translocation is different from the 1B/1R translocation. |
