土壤水分对仁用杏水分和生长特征的影响

摘要:
采用盆栽试验研究了日光温室内不同土壤水分处理下,生长在黄绵土和沙盖黄土上的1年生仁用杏苗的水分特征和生长特征。结果表明,在2个土类上,叶水势、叶相对含水率和单株耗水量均随土壤水分的降低而降低,其中各处理问的单株耗水量差异显著;叶片饱和亏、保水力和水分利用率随土壤干旱胁迫的加剧而有所据高,各处理间的水分利用率差异显著;地径、枝长、根干重、茎干重、茎重比、根重比和生物量等生长特征指标也随土壤水分的降低而呈下降趋势,除生物量指标外,其余指标各处理间差异不显著;土壤含水量达最大田间持水量的52%以上时,才有较大的生物量;黄绵土较沙盖黄土上的仁用杏耐旱性强,生长量大。

Effect of soil moisture on hydraulic and growth characteristics of Prnuus armeniac×sibirica
Abstract:
In green-house,Prnuus armeniac×sibirica’s growth and hydraulic character after being pot-cultured for one year were studied under different treatment of yellow cinnamon soil and sand-covered loess soil moisture.The main results showed that:leaf water potential,relative water content (RWC) and water consumption of different soil declined with the declining soil moisture.Water consumption and water use efficiency were significantly affected by different treatment of soil miosture;water saturated deficit,water-holding ability and water use efficiency were improved with increased water stress of soil miostrue,water use efficiency was significantly affected by different treatment of soil miosture;Stem diameter,side-shoot length,dry weight of shoot,dry weight of root,shoot weight ratio,root weight ratio and biomas declined with declining soil moisture.Except for biomas,other indexes were significant under different treatment of soil moisture.When water content in soil is above 52%,larger biomass could occur.There was stronger ability of resisting drought and bigger biomas in yellow cinamon soil than that in sand-covered loess soil.
