花椰菜下胚轴培养和高频率芽再生技术的研究

摘要:
以“春秋”花椰菜为试验材料,研究了影响下胚轴再生的若干因子。结果表明,6 d苗龄的下胚轴在附加2~3 mg/L 6-BA和1.0 mg/L NAA的MS培养基上培养,芽分化率最高,达93.33%,平均每个外植体产芽5.71个;AgNO3对下胚轴的细胞生长有明显的促进作用;下胚轴的下端比上端产芽早,并且较易产生不定芽。

High frequency of shoot regeneration from hypocotyls explants in Brassica oleracea var. botrytis
Abstract:
The hypocotyls explants from “Chunqiu” cauliflower were cultured and some factors affecting shoot regeneration were also studied.The results showed the highest frequency of shoot regeneration of hypocotyls explants from 6-d-old in vitro grown seedling was 93.33% and No.of bud per explant with shoots was 5.71,using the MS media containing the hormone combinations of 6-BA 2-3 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L.It was also found AgNO3 (6 mg/L) was advantageous to the shoot formation;the lower segments of hypocotyls produced shoot earlier and easier than the upper segments.
