陕西关中不同时期小麦品种高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基变异分析

摘要:
用SDS聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳分析了陕西关中地区不同历史时期主要推广小麦品种的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成,并计算了其品质得分。结果表明,陕西关中地区主要推广小麦品种的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基构成欠佳,亚基类型贫乏。主要原因在于5+10亚基很少,2+12亚基多;1亚基较多,2*亚基没有,N类型多等。陕西关中80年代至今推广的小偃6号及用其作亲本选育的个别品种含有14+15亚基,这些品种的品质都很好。最后讨论了冬小麦品质育种的策略和方法。

Variation of high molecular weight glutenin subunits in wheat cultivars in grown at Shannxi different periods
Abstract:
The grain proteins of 20 wheat cultivars grown in Shaanxi at different periods were fractionated by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to determine their high molecular weight glutenin subunit composition.Using the method described by Payne (1987),the quality scores of each of the subunits were summed to create a Glu-1 quality score for each cultivar.The results indicated that Shaanxi-grown wheats have rather low Glu-1 quality scores.It was the most important reason that the frequency of subunits 5+10 was very low.The results were discussed in relation to future strategies for improving bread-making quality of Shaanxi wheat cultivars.
