栓皮栎优树选择标准和方法的初步研究

摘要:
优树选择是人们在短期内进行林木遗传改良的重要手段。分别应用平均木标准差对比法、小样地法、综合评分法对4株30年左右的预选树进行分析,初步制定出栓皮栎选优标准,确定SPL-04为优树。研究结果表明,应用小样地法进行栓皮栎选优较客观、正确,工作量较少;可以预选树为中心,以20 m为半径设置样圆,分别计算预选树和平均木胸径、树高、栓皮厚度的差与平均木的比值mDmHm7,若预选树生长量指标mD≥40%,mH≥30%,mT≥140%,且形质指标符合要求,则可确定为优树。

Study on plus tree selection criteria and methods of Quercus variabilis Bl
Abstract:
Plus tree selection is the important means that is genetic reform in the short-term.The analysis applies the small plot method,average trees standard minus antithesis,synthesis grade method to analyse 4 individual average tress that is about 30 a.Then the plus tree selection of Quercus variabilis plantation standard was made and established SPL-04 to become the plus tree.The result shows that the small plotmethod is the most objective one and its work amount is the smallest.Around the candidate plus trees and set up sample plot whose radii is 20 m,the minus between the condidate plus trees and average trees in terms diameter,height,skin thickness was calculated respectively.The candidate plus trees whose growth indes mD is ≥40%,mH≥30% and mT≥140% and whose form and quality indexes meet the criterions may be determined as plus trees.
