EST-PAGE法对向日葵杂交种及自交系品种纯度的鉴定

摘要:
建立了种子酯酶同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法鉴定向日葵杂交种及自交系的技术,并对3对自交系及8个向日葵品种进行了鉴定。结果表明:(1)自交系与其杂交种酶谱有明显区别,杂交种酶型具双亲互补性;(2)8个向日葵品种可从酶谱区分;(3)该法快速、成本低,具一定适应范围,鉴定向日葵品种纯度效果良好。

EST-PAGE technology and identification of sunflower hybrids and inbreds
Abstract:
An improved technology of seed EST-PAGE suitable for sunflower inbred and hybrid variety identification was developed.Three couples of sunflower inbred varieties and 8 sunflower varieties including hybrid and inbred of oil sunflowers,edible sunflowers and ordinary sunflower were tested by it.The results were as followings:(1)the banding patterns of inbred and the F1 were different respectively,the zymogram of the F1 primarily consisted of the parent’s;(2)8 sunflower varieties could be tested and discriminated by the zymotype;(3)characterized by promptness and lower cost,the technology has a wide identification rang.It contributes much to the study of oil crop variety identification.
