3种新型化学杂交剂诱导小麦雄性不育效果比较

摘要:
以杂种小麦新品种西杂一号和16个小麦常规品种为供试材料,应用混合线形模型研究了3种化学杂交剂SQ-1,GENESIS和BAU9403诱导小麦雄性不育的效果及对种子性状的影响。结果表明,SQ-1在3种化学杂交剂中的杀雄效果最好,并对杂交种种子的千粒重有提高作用;GENESIS和BAU9403不同程度对杂交种种子千粒重有降低作用,其中BAU9403影响更大;SQ-1和GENESIS对杂交种发芽率、发芽势和容重的影响与对照不喷药无显著差异,但BAU9403与对照有显著差异。

Effects on male sterility induced by three kinds of chemical hybridization agent in wheat
Abstract:
The male sterility of hybrid wheat variety Xiza No.1 and 16 conventional varieties used as experimental material,induced by using three kinds Chemical Hybridization Agent (CHA),and its influence on seed traits are analyzed by mixed linear model.The results are as followings:the CHA SQ-1 has the best effect of male sterility among three kinds Chemical Hybridization Agent,and has the ability to increase 1 000 kernel weight.The CHA GENESIS,especially BAU9403 reduces the 1 000 kernel weight.The SQ-1 and GENESIS have no significant differences with CK on the traits of geminating potential,germinating rate and volume weight,but BAU9403 has significant differences with CK.SQ-1 is a promising CHA in this experiment.It will be used in commercial seed production instead of GENESIS.
