热压成型工艺对秸秆复合餐具耐水性能的影响

摘要:
以提高秸秆复合餐具耐水性为目标,通过二次正交旋转设计研究了成型温度、压力、原料形态和施胶量等主要工艺参数对耐水性能的影响。结果表明,在试验条件下,其最佳工艺参数为热压温度120 ℃,胶量350 g/kg,压力5.88MPa,全茎杆碎料。

Study on the effects of process conditions on water-tolerance of one-time compound dinner-plate with cornstalk
Abstract:
The compound-film and nature glue of impact related to water-tolerance of the product have been studied,and the optimal technical conditions have been given.The result showed as followings:the optimal technical condition of one-time compound dinner-plate with cornstalk is temperature of the mould 120 ℃,pressure 5.88 MPa,content of nature glue 350 g/kg and whole cornstalk broken materials.If it were improved,the plate can satisfy the need of consumer.
