生态环境条件对土壤磷酸酶的影响

摘要:
对不同生态环境条件下3类磷酸酶活性的研究结果显示,北方楼土和南方红壤的主导磷酸酶类分别是碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶,占到总体酶活性的1/2~2/3,杀虫双的加入及肥力条件的改变对此比例影响较小,揭示出土壤生态条件对土壤磷酸酶特征具有决定性的影响;在同一生态区,土壤磷酸酶活性随肥力水平的升高而增大;酸性磷酸酶对杀虫双的反应最敏感,中性磷酸酶则最迟钝。

Influence of ecological-environmental conditions on soil phosphatase
Abstract:
Three kinds of soil phosphatase activities were studied under different ecological environmental conditions.The results show as followings:the dominant enzyme in Lou soil and Red soil is alkaline and acidic phosphatase respectively,the ratio is from 1/2 to 2/3,it will not change with adding dimehypo and improving soil fertility.It suggets revealed that ecological environment has crucial effect on soil enzymatic characteristics.Soil enzyme activity increases with soil fertility among the same ecological zone.Acidic phosphatase is most sensitive to dimehypo;Neutral phosphatase was more bluntness to dimehypo.
