| 用电刺激采精方法，对5只雄性成年珍珠鸡进行25只次试验，皆获得精液。与按摩采精法相比，电刺激采精法采集的精液量(0.55 mL)显著高于按摩法(0.12 mL)，平均每次射出的精子总数(4.22亿个)比按摩采精法(2.44亿个)显著增加，但精子活率和受精率无显著差异。冷冻试验结果表明，精子的活率为20％～50％，输精结果表明，受精率可达60％。 |

| Twenty-five semen samples were obtained from 5 adult guinea-fowl by e1ectro-ejaculation.The volume (0.55 mL) and total number (4.22 hundred million) of an ejaculation by electro-ejaculation are higher than those by back massage method (0.12 mL and 2.44 hundred million) clearly.However,there are no difference in live rate of sperm and artificial insemination rate between the two methods. Refrigeration experiment results to express live rate of sperm is 20%-50%.Artificial insemination results to express fertilization rate is 60%. |
