复合微量元素添加水平对鸡产蛋性能及养分代谢率的影响

摘要:
将170日龄尼克红蛋鸡540只随机等分为3组,在基础日粮中分别添加3个水平的复合微量元素。结果表明,微量元素添加量不同对采食量、产蛋量、日粮风干物表观代谢率以及能量表观代谢率无显著影响(P>0.05),添加高水平微量元素时日粮粗蛋白、总氨基酸、必需氨基酸表观代谢率分别比低水平时提高13.87%,4.30%和4.30%(P<0.05)。综合分析揭示,添加后日粮微量元素的总含量以Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Se和I分别为160.72,16.80,102.00,80.61,0.13,0.25 mg/kg为宜。

Effects of dietary contents of trace elements on the performance and nutrient apparent metabolic engergy of laying hens
Abstract:
540 laying hens were equally divided into 3 groups.3 levels of trace elements were added into the same basal diet.The experiment showed that the dietary contents of trace elements do not affect ratio of laying,feed efficiency,egg yield and the apparent metabolic rate of air-dry matter and energy (P>0.05).The highest level of trace elements could increase the apparent metabolic rate of crude protein,total amino acids and essential amino acids 13.87%,4.30% and 4.30%,respectively (P<0.05).The suggested dietary contents (mg/kg) of main trace elements be as following,Fe 160.72,Cu 16.80,Zn 102.00,Mn 80.61,Se 0.13 and I 0.25.
