| 采用气相色谱一质谱联用技术对牛心朴子的挥发油成分进行了研究，分离鉴定出45种化合物，检出成分占挥发油总质量的87.80％。其中主要成分为烷烃(33.59％)，不饱和脂肪酸(19.47％)，酯(18.55％)和烯烃(9.68％)，9，12-十八碳二烯酸相对含量最高，为18.65％。 |

| Chemical constituents of volatile oil from Cynanchum komanovii |

| Abstract: |
| The volatile oil from Cynanchum komanovii was analyzed and determined by GC-MS.45 compounds were got and identifed in oil,their content is 87.80% of the identified compounds.The main constituents are:aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon (33.59%);unsaturated aliphatic acid (19.47%);esters(18.55%);aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon(9.68%).The content(18.65%) of 9，12-Octadecadienoic acid is the highest. |
