山羊胚胎肝脏发育的超微结构观察

摘要:
运用透射电子显微镜对山羊胚胎期肝脏进行了超微结构观察。结果表明,山羊肝细胞在胚胎早期就有明暗之分。胆小管在胚胎早期已经形成,胆管由肝母细胞演化而来;窦状隙随机发生;肝脏造血以红细胞为主,且随胚胎的发育,造血功能逐渐降低。

Ultramicroscopic observation of hepatic structure of goat's embryo
Abstract:
The ultramicroscopic structure of liver of goat’s embryo was studied in the paper by electron-microscope.The results are as followings:There are two types of cells,light hepatic cell and dark.In an early embryo,a bile canaliculus has been found.A bile duct is evolved from original hepatic cell.A sinusoid takes shape momentarily.A liver creates red cell mainly,which decreases gradually with the developing of embryo.
