为进一步研究基因疫苗的免疫机制和基因疫苗的免疫效果,应用DNA重组技术,根据载体pcDNA4.0/His Max的多克隆位点设计引物,对含有NDV保护性抗原基因F的质粒PCR扩增。将得到的目的片段插入到载体的启动子下游,成功得到含有NDVF基因的真核表达质粒载体PC4F的基因疫苗。 |

Construction of highly expressed eukaryotic plasmid containing NDV F gene |

Abstract: |
The recombinant plasmid PC4F that contains the gene of protective antigen F of NDV was constructed by method of the PCR and restricted enzyme.The F geng was inserted into the downstream promotor of pcDNA4.0/His Max vetor.The result shows that we successfully get a DNA vaccine of NDV F gene that can be hightly expressed in the eukaryotic cell in order to study the mechanism and effect of the DNA vaccine. |
