“β-兴奋剂”——克仑特罗的合成研究

摘要:
以苯胺为原料,通过氨基保护、酰基化、去氨基保护、苯环上双氯代、溴代、胺取代和还原等7个单元反应合成了β-兴奋剂--“克仑特罗”。并对部分重要中间体和目标物,通过熔点测定、Beilstein试验、紫外光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)进行了结构鉴定,对部分单元反应的条件进行了研究和讨论,为其类似物的合成提供了一定的理论参考和实践依据。

Abstract:
In this research,aniline is used as raw material,and seven unit reactions such as protecting amino groups,acetylation,chopping off protection of amino groups,disub-chlorination on benzene ring,chlorination,bromination,replacing of amine and reduction etc are conducted to successfully synthesize β-adrenergic agonists-“Clenteral”.The Structures of some important intermedia and objective substance are identified through the following methods-assay of melting point,Beilstein testing,ultraviolet spectrum(UV),infrared spectrum(IR),mass spectrum (MS).Some reaction conditions are studied and discussed,Some reference are provided theoretically and practically for synthesizing similar substance.
