纤维复合模塑品耐水性能的试验研究

摘要:
分别以玉米秸秆全秆碎料和外皮碎料为原料,研究了原料粒度、施胶量和防水剂对纤维复合模塑品耐水性能的影响。结果表明,外皮碎料制作的模塑品耐水性能优于全秆原料,其最优工艺组合为原粒粒度A1,施胶量20%,防水剂加入量33%。耐水性能可满足使用要求。

Study on the water-tolerance of fiber compound molded product
Abstract:
The experiment was conducted by using cornstalk fragment and cornstalk cuticles fragment as raw materials respectively to study the influences of particle size of materials,adhesive quantity and waterproofing agent on the water-tolerantce of fiber compound molded product.The result showed that the water-tolerantce of molded products which were made of cuticles fragment was better than that of molded product from cornstalk fragment.The optimal technology was that particle size A1,adhesive quantity 20% and waterproofing agent 33%.The water-tolerance satisfies application demand.
