用钙、磷和氨基酸含量评价梅花鹿二杠与三杈茸质量的研究

摘要:
为探讨评价梅花鹿茸质量的一些内在指标,分别对13对梅花鹿二杠茸与三杈茸中Ca,P,TAA(总氨基酸)、甘氨酸(Gly)含量进行了测定.结果表明,TAA,Gly,Ca和P含量在二杠茸中分别为458.34,70.81,59.69和71.33 g/kg,三杈茸中分别为490.20,78.45,57.06和68.32 g/kg,两种梅花鹿茸的Ca,P和总氨基酸差异不显著(P>0.05),而甘氨酸含量三杈茸明显高于二杠茸(P<0.05),与传统的看法不同.

Quality evaluation of two-branched and three-branched velvet from sika deer with contents of calcium,phosphor and amino acid
Abstract:
In this study,Ca,P,TAA and Gly contents of two-branched and three-branched velvet from sika deer were determined.The results showed:Ca,P and TAA contents of two-branched velvet were not different from those of three-branched velvet (P>0.05).However,Gly content of two-branched velvet was significantly higher than that of three-branched velvet (P<0.05).This is different from traditional point.
