氮素水平对冬小麦分蘖期某些含氮化合物及生物量的影响

摘要:
利用水培研究了氮素水平对冬小麦分蘖期某些含氮化合物及生物量的影响。结果表明,随着氮素水平提高,小麦叶片、根系硝态氮含量及可溶性蛋白含量升高;根系铵态氮含量在5和15 mmol/L时最高,二者之间差异不显著;叶片铵态氮含量在5和25 mmol/L时最高;单位鲜重的叶绿素含量在5 mmol/L时最高,但单株叶绿素含量随供氮水平的升高而升高;在氮素水平为15 mmol/L时,植株含水量、叶面积、地上和根系鲜重、干重均量大。

Influence of nitrogen level on some nitrogenous substance in winter wheat
Abstract:
Water culture experiment was carried out with winter wheat at the tillering stage to study the influence of nitrogen level on some nitrogenous substances and biomass of wheat.The results showed that with the increase of N level,the content of endogenous nitrate,and the soluble protein were all increased in leaf and root;the content of endogenous ammonia in root and leaf were largest at the 5 mmol/L and 15 mmol/L;the concentration of exogenous nitrogen were too low or too high,the content of endogenous ammonium was decreased.The content of chlorophyll per plant increased with the increase of N level,there was a biological dilution effect in content of chlorophyll.At 15 mmol/L,the water content,leaf area per plant,and the fresh weight and dry weight of root and shoot were all largest.The ultimate reason of nitrogen rate affecting growth was that nitrogen level affected the status of endogenous water.
