八月红梨叶片不定芽诱导研究

摘要:
采用正交试验设计研究了基本培养基,BA和IAA3个因素及其组合对八月红梨(Pyrus communis L.)叶片不定芽再生的影响,结果表明,基本培养基的种类对叶片不定芽的诱导起主要作用,诱导叶片再生的最优组合是NN69+BA 5.0 mg/L +IAA 0.5 mg/L,用同质量浓度葡萄糖代蔗糖,对叶片再生频率的影响不显著,用白砂糖代替蔗糖,显著降低了叶片再生频率,AgNO3质量浓度在0.1~1.5 mg/L时,对叶片再生有促进作用,培养基中附加AgNO3 0.5 mg/L,可显著提高叶片再生频率。

Regeneration of adventitious bud from leaves of "Bayuehong"pear
Abstract:
The basal medium,BA,and IAA were used to compare their effect on adventitious bud induction from leaves of 'Bayuehong'pear by using the orthogonal experiment design.The results showed that the basal medium played a determinative role in initating the adventitious buds.NN69+BA 5.0 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L was the best combination for leave regeneration.No effect on regeneratioon efficiency of leave was found by substituting equal concentration glucose for sucrose in NN69 medium,while replacing sucrose with granulated sugar greatly reduced regeneration efficiency.AgNO3 enhanced the regeneration efficiency of leave while its concentration varied from 0.1 to 1.5 mg/L,and the most effective concentration of AgNO3 was 0.5 mg/L.
