小麦慢锈性和高温抗锈性组分分析

摘要:
在苗期控温条件下,对具有慢锈性和高温抗锈性的15个小麦品种接种条锈菌后的潜伏期,产孢强度,孢子堆密度和孢子堆长度等4个抗病性组分进行了测定,结果表明,慢锈品种和高温抗锈性品种在抗病性组分方面与感病品种不同,通过聚类分析,将其划分为6类,近免疫抗病,高温抗锈性,高度慢锈性,中度慢锈性,耐病性和感病性,根据聚类结果,分别建立了6个判别函数,其经验品种回判符合率为100%,表明利用抗病性组分在苗期进行慢锈性和高温抗锈性鉴定是可行的。

Slow-rusting and high-temperature resistant components of wheat to Puccinia striiformis
Abstract:
At seedling stage under controlled temperatures,four resistant components of latent period,sporulation capacity,uredinial density and uredinial length were measured in fifteen wheat cultivars with slow-rusting and high-temperature resistance.The results show that the slow-rusting and high-temperature resistant cultivars differ from susceptible cultivars in their resistant components.Based on cluster analysis,the fifteen wheat cultivars can be divided into six resistant types,i.e.near-immune,high-temperature resistant,high slow-rusting,intermediate slow-rusting,tolerant,and susceptible cultivars.From the cluster results,six discriminate functions are established with their fit rates as 100%,showing that identifying slow-rusting and high-temperature resistance at seedling stage is feasible.
