豆油脱臭馏出物中α-VE的超临界CO2萃取研究

摘要:
以甲酯化豆油脱臭馏出物为原料,利用超临界CO2萃取技术浓缩α-VE,探讨萃取条件对α-VE和豆油脱臭饱出物中油脂萃取效果的影响。结果表明,萃取压力和萃取温度对α-VE和脂肪酸在超临界二氧化碳中的萃取效果有非常显著的影响,而二氧化碳流量对萃取效果影响较小。在萃取温度308 K,萃取压力18 MPa,二氧化碳流量6~12 L/min条件下,可以获得较高的萃取得率和α-VE含量。

Studies on extracting α-VE from soybean deodorized sludge using supercritical CO2 extraction method
Abstract:
Using methylated soybean deodorized sludge as materials to extract α-VE by supercritical CO2 method,the influence of extraction conditions on concentraction of α-VE and several main fatty acids in extracts and remainings was investigated.The results showed that extraction pressure and extraction temperature had conspicuous effects on solubility of α-VE and fatty acids in supercritical CO2 while CO2 flow volume had litte effect on extraction result.At extraction temperature 308 K,pressure 18 MPa,CO2 flow volume 6-12 L/min,a relatively high extraction rate and high α-VE concentraction can be obtained.
