土壤脲酶与汞关系中的作物效应

摘要:
通过人工模拟方法动态研究了汞与土壤脲酶关系中的作物效应。结果表明,在土壤-植物体系中,汞对土壤脲酶和作物根系活力具有明显的抑制作用,且土壤脲酶和根系活力对汞的应答是一致的;根际土壤脲酶活性高于非根际,反映出作物的生长可增加酶活性水平,且种植作物在一定程度上可减轻汞对脲酶的抑制作用,表明根际土壤生物活性较强,是汞污染敏感的区域。

Crop effect on the relationship between soil urease activity and mercury
Abstract:
It is important to study the relationship among soil enzyme,crop and mercury,because mercury has remarkable influence not only on soil quality,but also on the product and quality of crops.Their relationship is investigated by dynamic idea and simulated method.The results show as the followings:Hg obviously inhibited soil urease activity and crop root-activity under soil-crop agricultural system;Crop could enhance soil urease activity and reduce Hg's inhibition because the urease activity of rhizosphere soil is higher than that of non-rhizosphere soil.Rhizosphere is a region that is a zone of the highest bioactivity and sensitivest to Hg.
