粗厚山羊草细胞质普通小麦核代换系SOD,CAT活性研究

摘要:
对3个普通小麦F94-111,772,7859及其粗厚山羊草细胞质核代换系,在花药发育的不同时期倒二叶、花药的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性进行了比较研究。结果表明,粗厚山羊草细胞质小麦核代换系SOD,CAT活性均低于其核供体普通小麦,二者变化趋势一致;核代换系表现不同程度的雄性不育性,育性普遍低于其核供体普通小麦;核代换系的育性与其SOD,CAT活性呈正相关关系。异质系核质关系不协调,酶代谢失调,SOD,CAT活性下降,活性氧积累导致膜系统损伤,可能是异质系花粉败育的根本原因之一。

Study on activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase of wheat nuclear substitutional lines in Ae.crassa cytoplasm
Abstract:
Three types of common wheat and their nuclear substitutional lines in 6X Ae.crassa cytoplasm were selected to study the activities of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and Catalase (CAT) in functional leaves and anthers.The results showed that SOD and CAT activities of nuclear substitutional lines in Ae.crassa cytoplasm were lower than those of nuclear donor,common wheat.There was difference among the male sterilities of the nuclear substitutional lines whose fertilities were generally lower than those of nuclear donor,and there was significantly positive correlation between the fertilities and SOD and CAT activities of nuclear substitutional lines.It was suggested that one of the radical reasons resulting in microspore abortion of alloplasms was the disorder between nucleus and cytoplasm,which caused unbalance of enzymatic metabolism,decrease of activities of SOD and CAT,and damage of membrane systems led by accumulated active oxygen.
