限域供应NO3-对玉米根系形态及其吸收的影响

摘要:
用PVC管进行土柱栽培试验,研究了限域供应NO3-对玉米根重、根系密度大小和分布的影响及玉米根系形态对NO3-吸收的影响,并讨论了限域供应NO3-与侧根萌发、伸长的关系。结果表明,土表下灌施NO3-能促进根系在土壤中下层的分布,显著增加根系密度及其在土壤中层的分布;根系密度与NO3-吸收量关系密切,相关系数(R2)为0.950 6。限域供应NO3-能够刺激侧根萌发伸长和增加根系密度。

Abstract:
In this paper,experimental results of the influence of localized supply of nitrate on corn root weight,root length density (RLD) and their distribution,and the relation of root morphology and NO3- uptake are presented.The relation of localized supply of nitrate and the sprouting and elongation of lateral roots is discussed also.The results show,the localized supply of nitrate at 20,30,40 cm respectively has strengthened the distribution of roots in deeper soil,and greatly raised RLD and its distribution in subsiol.RLD was related to NO3- uptake closely and R2=0.950 3.Localized supply of nitrate stimulated lateral root growth,RLD increased quickly,and caused NO3- to be absorbed sufficiently.
