锗对肉仔鸡主要组织器官生长发育的影响

摘要:
将240只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡雏随机分为4组,每组60只,各组日粮在基础日粮中分别添加0,30,80,和120 mg/kg的Ge-132,以测定2地肉仔鸡主要组织器官生长发育的影响。结果表明,①14日龄时锗对肉仔鸡肝脏重、重有显著影响(P<0.01),而对其他组织和器官生长没有明显影响(P>0.05);②28日龄时锗对肉仔鸡胫骨重量有显著影响(P<0.05),而对其他组织、器官生长无明显作用(P>0.05);③42日龄时锗对肉仔鸡心脏、肝脏、肌腺胃、胰脏、胸肉、腿肉、胫骨、股骨的重量及其指数均无显著影响(P>0.05),同时也未发现任何异常变化。

Effects of germanium on the growth of the main tissues and organs of the broilers
Abstract:
The objective of the experiment was to study the effects of germanium on the growth of the main tissues and organs of the broiler.240 Avian broiler chicks were involved in the experiment which were divided into four groups,each of 60.The diets were based on the maize-fish meal-bean cake feedstuff and supplemented with 0,30 mg/kg,80 mg/kg and 120 mg/kg Ge-132 (carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide) respectively.The broilers were raised for six weeks.In 14 d,28 d and 42 d,6 broilers from each group are weighted and slaughtered respectively.Then,some organs and tissues including heart,liver,lung,stomach,pancreas,gizzard,leg muscle,breast muscle,tibia and femur were weighed and their indexes denoting the ratio of the weight of organ (tissue) to that of body weight were calculated.The result of the experiment shows that:(1)In 14 d the effect of germanium on the weights of the broiler’s liver and lung is very significant (P<0.01);(2)In 28 d the influence of germanium on the weight of the broiler’s tibia is significant (P<0.05);(3)During the whole period of the experiment,the effect of germanium on the weight and index of the broiler’s heart,gizzard pancreas,breast muscle,leg muscle and femur is not significant (P>0.05).But there are no abnormal phenomena discovered.
