纯有机物料腐解形成腐殖物质性质的动态变化

摘要:
采用培养试验,对玉米秸、绿豆秸、猪粪、羊粪4种有机物料腐解过程腐质物质的组成(H/F)、胡敏酸性质、结构的动态变化进行了研究。结果表明,玉米秸从腐解15~60 d,H/F明显增大,胡敏酶结构趋于复杂;60~210 d,H/F逐渐减小,胡敏酸由复杂趋于简单;210~360 d,H/F呈增大趋势,胡敏酸趋于复杂。而绿豆秸、羊粪从腐解15~90 d,H/F呈减小趋势,胡敏酸芳构化度降低;随后H/F逐渐上升,胡敏酸趋于复杂。猪粪在整个腐解过程中H/F一真呈上升趋势,胡敏酸由简单趋于复杂。腐殖物质的形成是一个氧化过程,酚羟基氧化转化为羟基。

Property changes of humic substances from organic materials in different decompo sing period
Abstract:
This paper discussed the composition of humic substance,properties and structure of humic acids during different decaying period by using incubation experiment of corn straw,green gram straw,pig manure and goat manure.The results showed that corn straw decomposing from 15 to 60 days,the ratio of humic acid to fulvic acid was increased,the structure of humic acid tended to be complex;and from 60 to 210 days,the ratio was decreased,humic acid tended to simplify;after 210 days,the ratio was increased and humic acid tended to complex again.For green gram straw and goat manure,from 15 to 60 or 90 days,the ratio of humic acid to fulvic acid was decreased,the condensation of humic acid became lower;after then,changes was on the contrary.During the whole decaying periods of pig manure,the ratio of humic acid to fulvic acid was increased and humic acid became more and more complex.The formation of humic substance was an oxidation process and carboxyl was transformed by the oxidation of hydroxyl.
