土壤粘粒吸附脲酶特征的研究

摘要:
研究了8种土壤粘粒对脲酶的吸附情况,结果显示,土训粘粒对脲酶吸附120 min可达平衡。土壤粘粒对脲酶的吸附等温线为L型,可用双表面Langmuir方程较好描述。初步认为土壤粘粒对脲酶吸附为化学吸附和物理吸附,且以化学吸附为主。

Study on characters of clay granule aborbing urease
Abstract:
The characters of 8 kinds of clay granule absorbing urease are studied in this paper.It shows:the absorption of clay granule to urease gets to a balance after 120 mins and the absorption isotherm takes on ‘L’ type.This can be well described by two surface Langmoir equation.The primary result is:the absorption of clay granule to urease can be divided into two types:chemical absorption and physical absorption,and the former is superior to the latter.
